Gave false tracking number and have not recived the real tracking number or the product i ordered

Outside box nice, but inner box display had multiple cardboard flaws…….
I received it and it looks great but the front blade was sticking out and the release button is stuck in the down position and won't come up, the front blade will not go in no matter what I do, I sent an email but no response ORDER CORGI-US-18046
