If you are not happy with your product please return within 30 days to the address below in the same condition as the parcel was received. Please ensure you include your name, address, order number and reason for return in the parcel. A refund for the cost of the model will be issued upon receipt of your return. Please note returns postage is payable by the customer. Please keep your receipt as proof of return.
Damaged/Faulty – please contact Customer Services and one of our team will be happy to assist you.
Our agents may request a photo of the damage/fault in place of a return and organise a replacement.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, as delivered to the Customer, and must not present any signs of damage, disassembly, installation or use.
Freight costs will be borne by the Customer.
CorgiModelClubUSA will proceed with the reimbursement of return costs upon request, against receipt, only in the event of a faulty item or an error in dispatch attributable to The Company.
Refund or exchange will be carried out within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned parcel.
