Shipping policy

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all States in the USA and now Australia.

We also have a UK website if you want to buy a gift for someone in Europe.

How long will my order take?

As we ship our products from England parcels will be sent fully tracked. We aim to deliver within 5 - 14 days from your order being placed.

USA

If your order is over $250 this will be sent using UPS Express which is fully tracked and will take 2 - 5 days. Please note deliveries are not made at weekends.

You are also able to choose the UPS Express option in the checkout for any cart amount if you need your order in a hurry.

Australia

If your order is over $500 AUD this will be sent using UPS Express which is fully tracked and will take 2 - 5 days. Please note deliveries are not made at weekends.

You cannot exceed over $850 AUD in one order as this would incur extra duties and taxes.

You are also able to choose the UPS Express option in the checkout for any cart amount if you need your order in a hurry.

Returns and exchanges

If you are not happy with your item, Please contact customer services at

enquiries@corgimodelclubusa.com so we can authorise the refund.

You can return within 30 days of receiving it from us in the same condition you received it.

Postage is your responsibility and should be sent in the condition that it was received.

Pre-Order FAQs

What is a pre-order?

It is possible to secure some items before they come into stock by pre-ordering on the website. This is especially useful when a product is anticipated to be popular and could sell out in a short time once released.

When will my pre-order arrive?

The product listing gives an estimated arrival time for the product, please note that this date can change due to changes in manufacturing and shipping schedules. These dates are updated monthly, when stock arrives, pre-orders are despatched in the order that they were placed. 

We accept no liability for items arriving earlier or later than the estimated arrival time.

When will I be charged?

Your card is charged at the time you order to secure the model but you can ask for a full refund at any time prior to despatch if you no longer require the item.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes – you can cancel a pre-order before it has been despatched. Simply contact our Customer Care team with your pre-order number on 1-855-3000-085 (Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, Sat & Sun 9am-4pm) or by email at enquiries@corgimodelclubusa.com

How many items can I pre-order?

There is no limit to the number of pre-orders that you can place. However, for some products there may be a limit on the number of units that can be pre-ordered. This will be clearly marked on the product listing.  

Please note: Pre-order items will be despatched as soon as they come into stock and you will be notified 7 - 14 days prior to despatch when you can decide if you want to cancel for a full refund.

DELIVERY

As we ship our products from England parcels will be sent fully tracked with USPS. We aim to deliver within 7 - 14 days from your order being placed.The delivery address to which your order shall be sent will be the address provided by you during the ordering process.

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your item, you can return within 30 days of receiving it from us in the same condition you received it.

CANCELLATION

No commitment, no obligation, cancel at any timeYour right to cancel within 14 days. Our terms are wholly in accordance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and your statutory rights are not affected.Post and packing payable by you.
