Given Corgi's famed ‘Glidamatic’ miniature working suspension, removable 'rubber' tires on cast metal hubs and a roof-mounted emergency light, it was perfect for dramatic car chases across the floor – no doubt receiving damage to its gleaming paintwork as it collided with your mom's furniture after ramming into the hapless getaway car!

With its iconic black and white livery and silver foil ‘County Sheriff’ roundels on the doors, this Oldsmobile police car stayed in the Corgi Toys range until 1966.
